Pay online, by card or Cash App.

Payments go straight to Stripe. Meraki never sees or stores your card details, and you get a receipt by email as soon as it clears.

How it works

You enter the amount.

There is one payment page, and you type the figure into it yourself. Check what you owe below, then open the page and enter that amount.

    Applying to Meraki

    Application fee

    Paid at intake, before moving in. It is refundable if you complete six months, give written advance notice of your moving date, and leave your living area clean and undamaged.

  • $700plus a $25 supply fee

    Current residents

    Monthly program fee

    Due on the first day of each month. A $25 penalty is charged if it has not been received by the 5th, so pay $725 for a normal month.

A part payment, a late fee, or something Krista has asked you to send. Enter any amount on the payment page.

Before you pay

What the payment page asks for.

  • The payment page asks for your email address and the amount — nothing else. If that email is not the one Meraki has on file for you, text Krista so she can match the payment to your name.
  • Card, Cash App Pay and Link are all accepted. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB and UnionPay all work.
  • Every payment is a one-time charge. Nothing here sets up a subscription or a recurring charge, so you will need to come back each month.
  • Stripe emails you a receipt. Keep it — it is your proof of payment.
